Development Requirements

Location: Scotland / North England; Brownfield or greenfield.

Preference for industrial zoning but strategic greenfield land also considered.

Target opportunities include:

  • Working farms
  • Quarries
  • Former landfill sites

Preferred lot size: 5-500 acres.
